Who better to do so than the illustrious Inspector Clousseau, pardon, Chief Inspector. But there seems to be someone working against him. Is it the notorious mob boss Mr. Big? Could it be that innocent tourist? Or is the mysterious Phantom stealing jewels once again? No one can be trusted in this madcap mèlange who bumble their way toward the solution to the crime.
